Trevor joined the firm in Autumn 2004 as General Manager, a new position for the firm adopting a similar approach to that of the larger legal practices. He was appointed to the board in January 2007.

Trevor has a dual role, overseeing the management of the office and staff to help create systems to enhance the firm's offering to its clients and providing advice predominantly in the pensions field, in particular assisting the Pensions Director in major projects.

Trevor has a strong pensions background having been a Pensions Manager with British Gas and a Branch Manager with a large insurance company, before being a partner in another firm of Independent Financial Advisers for 5 years.

Trevor is a Chartered Financial Planner, including the G60 and AF3 Advanced Pensions qualifications and also holds a BSc Management Studies.
